However, you can have yogurt, cheese and cottage cheese in moderation and do keep a strict watch, on whether they throw you out of Ketosis or let you be. Somedays, I replace the peanuts with 6 almonds and 4 halves of walnuts. Most of you know by now that I have been on a low- carb Ketogenic diet for the last 4 months or so.
